About the Project
The “100” series is my almost 2 year-long art project. I created over 100 character art pieces, each designed with a focus on black and white aesthetics and impactful texture.
The project revolves around texture, each piece is meant to take what we know from everyday life and combine it with interesting and sometimes weird textures. The project is entirely in black and white, a choice I made to bend from the norm after seeing lots of gradient maps and brightly coloured pieces on Instagram when first starting out.
The "100" series not only served as a personal project but also provided a platform for connections and collaborations on Instagram. Along the way, I had the privilege of engaging with exceptional artists who collaborated on pieces, influenced and inspired.
